Issue tracking in Mantis

(OP)
Looking for friendly advice from people with experience using Mantis http://www.mantisbt.org/ to track project tasks and actions. If you are a user, with solid experience implementing Mantis for multiple projects and multiple users, drop me a line. I am considering launching it as a tool for managing engineering action items in our business. Any thoughts on warnings or best practices when using it?

RE: Issue tracking in Mantis

I've used Mantis on a couple of small software development projects. Pretty easy to get up and running, and does most things out of the box in a way you would expect. Not the prettiest thing in the world, but functional. Was a while ago when I installed it though, so can't remember any particular tips.
