Counter sunk holes through cylinder wall

(OP)

In inventor 6 I have a part model which basicly is a tube with a ring of counter sunk holes around one end.  If I try and create a 2D drawing of this it will not allow me to add a 'Hole Note' to the drawing.  If I remove the counter sink, then it works.  Also there seems no way to add a general dimension to show the ofset of the holes from the end of the tube.

Is there a way around this as it's driving me mad!

Stephen.
