Help with convection and diffusion of a temperature pulse

(OP)
Hi all,

I have been working with the Benchmark manual example 1.6.1-convection and diffusion of a temperature pulse, and I seem to be coming across a discrepancy.
The result for the problem in the benchmark manual shows 3 different curves at 3 time instances. However, when I try to plot the results on abaqus, all three curves are superimposed at the same position (where the plot of Temperature vs Position was obtained using path-points).
I then attempted to plot the temperature vs time (using ODB field outputs), however this time the plot resembled a negative exponential curve.

Would anyone have an idea of how the graphs in the Benchmark manual were obtained?

Thank you in advance,
Maryam
