The compressed spring used in cryogenic temperature
The compressed spring used in cryogenic temperature
(OP)
Hi,
In normal temperature, the spring is compressed to △L2; But in cryogenic temperature, due to dimensions shrinkage (the length of spring shrink, and both ends of the dimensions of components shrink), the pre-compression is reduced (up to △L1),at this time, the reducing range of output force of the spring is modest.
Do you use this kind of spring? If used, how about the structure?
The output force characteristic curve is shown in figure 1 and 2.
