can somme one help me to resolve using matlab a dynamic system of diferentiel equation representing the dynamic behavior of frame structure(the matrix system is obtained by using finite element method)

What would you like to do? I've solved systems like this quite easily in Excel and Google sheets and could possibly help.

I'm not too sure what you are expecting, but reading matlab scripts from a pdf and finding the errors in them is an unusual skill. Alternatively expecting someone to type in the script from the pdf seems a little counterproductive.
