I have a big problem in a Amada Laser Cutting Machine-3015 fo .. is that the lens was broken, and let out powder (yellow) that spread through the circuit!
I normally clean the exterior mirrors and the entire laser beam circuit ... can I clean everything by myself?
Best to you,
Goober Dave

Yes the yellow powder is from the focus lens. Technically, it's nasty stuff in large amounts, from what I understand. The circuit can only be the beam delivery system. Not actual circuit boards.
But getting back to the problem. The main reasons why a lens gets fried is a pre-focused beam (power density too high for the lens), cutting without assist / shield gas, and not having sufficient nozzle gap for the gas to flow.
So, really the guy has more problems than should be addressed here. At least that is my opinion.

1. Try to control the dust it's not healthy
2. remove any bellows and any other contaminated parts and carefully take outside and blow them out. A leaf blower works great but be careful! you can burst seams
3. don't breathe the yellow dust and try to contain it.
4. Whatever is contaminated and not practical to remove from the machine like mirror mounts and whatnot, clean them out w damp rags the blow it out w air
5. don't breathe the yellow dust
put it back together and run it and WATCH THE LENS!
6. have fun translating this
