Hello everybody.
I appreciate someone help me.
I have exported A Slab from Etabs To Safe and then i have imported the slab in the Safe.
my Question is :
is it essential to Design Slab in Safe for Load Combination that include earthquake forces or only gravity load combinations are enough.
other problem is :
i design a beam in etabs and then i exported the slab model to safe and then i design the beam in safe.load combination in safe and etabs are same but results are different.Design result in safe show that need lesser rebar area than etabs.i dont know which results are correct.
