Deformable part problem

Deformable part problem

Deformable part problem

(OP)
I've created a deformable part using all feature in the part and ask for the angle between the two terminal.
In the modeling the angle is 140°, but when I add in the assembly and create the deformable part with 90°, NX goes in error.
If I edit the original part to 90° no error came out.
Where I wrong ?
Attached the part.

Thank you...

Using NX 8 and TC9.1

RE: Deformable part problem

Hi Cubalibre,
I tried doing the same in NX 9/ NX 8.5 and NX8 and this part looks perfect to me (i tried changing the angle to 90 and it works fine).
Best Regards
Kapil

Hi Kapil,
I've tried to create a new assembly and add a dummy part with this deformable spring part and the error doesn't came out.
Thank you for your support, I will investigate with the original assembly.

Thank you...
