Drawing linkage changed from CATPart to CATProduct

(OP)
Hi,

I need to modify a drawing link (from a CATPart pointed document to a CATProduct).
How could I do it?
Thanks

RE: Drawing linkage changed from CATPart to CATProduct

search forums... only way is by script but you're likely to lose all dimension links.

"file, new from" perhaps?

While in the drawing, Try: Edit -> Links.. --> Click on the link you want to change --> Replace --> Select the CatProduct you want to link.

itsmyjob is right though, you will probably lose your dimensions. Depending on how many you have, it may be simpler on the brain to just start fresh with a new drawing. Good luck.
