NX 8.5 Progressive Die Wizard

NX 8.5 Progressive Die Wizard

NX 8.5 Progressive Die Wizard

(OP)
Hi
My company purchased Progressive Die Wizard (NX8.5)from Siemens through a local dealer. There is no training manuals or cast included. Anyone know where i can get it. Is there any NX cast for Progressive die wizard??. The local dealer says there is no training manual or Documentation or cast provided by Siemens So We need to attend the local dealer training class. The main issue is that they only provide the text book and will not share the training Cad materials. Anyone have similar experience?
Thanks
SK

RE: NX 8.5 Progressive Die Wizard

pdw and training,
there is customizing to do...
ask your reseller can offer a training /
a trainer with references in PDW and you'll get the best
IMHO part of success with pdw
much better than do it yourself training- cast
regards

RE: NX 8.5 Progressive Die Wizard

I would recommend bringing some part examples that would be typical for your company to use during the training class.

NX 7.5/8.0/8.5/9.0

RE: NX 8.5 Progressive Die Wizard

I don’t remember exactly, but Cast to NX 6.0 contained manual training to PDW application.

RE: NX 8.5 Progressive Die Wizard

I don't think I've ever seen anything on this module... but NX6 was a long time ago now. Maybe there was something in the CAST system.

Worth a look.
