RE: Converting Curves from Sketch

Why not use the sketch then make it internal to the extrude feature?

Cowski,
I can use sketch for extrude but.... ususally in working with surfacing sketch is not used as i see with GM work which i have been working in plastic Interiors design

RE: Converting Curves from Sketch

Some surfacing designs are easier to create/edit without using sketches. However, since you are making a simple extrude feature and already created the sketch - there is no reason NOT to use it.

Insert>Associative Copy>Extract>Composite Curve (Selection intent to Feature Curves, Associative turned OFF)

Although you would be better off just using the sketch to trim, you dont even need to extrude, just trim along a vector.
