hello,
I'm and working on a 2,5 liter titanium container for pressure cooking an acidic solution, up to 50 bar and 250°C.
In US units, that would be 85 fl oz at 725 psi and 482°F (I'm in Switzerland).
2 options should be considered:
a) passive container for use in an oven
b) stand-alone heating system
Questions:
1. Have you ever seen something like that?
2. What sealing/opening system would come to mind, for daily use in a lab?
3. How much do you think such a product could cost, very approximately?
4. For option b), would you rather recommend usual resistive heating or have you ever heard of something less usual like induction?

One manufacturer that comes to mind is Autoclave Engineers. They make a vessel that sounds like it would be exactly what you're looking for. They have some various designs that are quick-opening, no-tool opening, etc...
