I understand this, but I need to add multiple different parts not the same, so do you know any alternative technique instead add them one by one

If you select either the 'Absolute Origin' or the 'Select Origin' as your 'Positioning' option in the Placement section of the Add Component dialog, then the Components will be placed such that the absolute origin and orientation of the original piece-parts will be coincident and aligned with the absolute CSYS of the Assembly that you're creating. Now there is a 'Scatter' option in the Placement section of the dialog which will spread out all of the various Components in a circular pattern around the absolute origin of the Assembly. Of course, in none of the options that I mentioned will there be any attempt to constrain the location of the Components, either relative to the absolute origin of the Assembly or with respect to any other Component being placed. Now doing any of these workflows described will result in what will probably look like a mess, but all of the Components will have been placed all at once using one operation, which is what you claim that you want to do, irrespective of whether their locations and orientations make sense or not.

Now in In NX with teamcenter if the parts are "loaded" then you can insert multiple parts at one time. A big IF
But if the parts are not already loaded you have to select each part individuallly from teamcenter to insert into NX. Would be nice to have a multiple pick in teamcenter to select more than one part to insert into an assembly.
Adding the parts in the structure manager like khimanimohiki suggested may be your best bet.

If so, you could create a special temporary assembly which contains these 500 and add this. When added, you can select all the 500 and drag, in the assembly navigator, from the temporary assembly to the new assy and then finally close, do not save, the temporary assy. Each component will keep its position in space but the position will be saved in the new main assembly.

If so, then you can cut and paste them into your new assembly.

I've found the way, by adding all those parts to one folder in the team center, and in the Nx at the team center navigator open the the desired folder and select all the components, right click then select add as component. all the components will be added simultaneously
Thank you very much :)
