Machine Tool Builder - problem with 5th axis

Machine Tool Builder - problem with 5th axis

(OP)
Hello everyone,

I'm currently making 5 axis WaterJet model in Machine Tool Builder module (NX 7.5) Model seems to be done, but I have big problem with the last (B) axis during testing in Manufacturing module. I'm trying to cut simple contour with leaned walls (25 degree) - everything was ok, when I am using 5 axis machines prepared from Siemens.

On my machine, during machine simulation, B axis seems to be reverted, really I have no idea why. I tried almost all configurations of axis coordinate systems and it's always the same. Of course at first I tried to do it exactly as I've found it in examples, but no luck too.

Machine kinematics:

And here is the picture of the problem:

End of the tool should follow the blue path, but real tool patch is completely different, it moves outside of the contour and this path it's not even similar to this contour.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Bartek
