Hi Gents,
Pls see thi video in youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UtVlSWCJJoE.

My project, we need to joint copper to copper by bazing capillary. This is the fist time i see this process. I dont have experience, Pls see this video and give me your advice:

1. Which method clean suface, how many microns (surface profile), clean liness? How manny Sa: 2, 2,5, or 3.
2. How much temperature? How manny time hold temperature.

Pls share to me guide book or sample method statement of this process. Thanks!

That's soldering g not grading, try posting on plumbing forums. Its most appropriate. By the way is the same as soldering std fittings but the later has built in solder...cappillary or however you call it.
