Reuse Library Error

Reuse Library Error

Reuse Library Error

(OP)
Hi,

I installed a reuse library last night in NX8.5 I installed it according to the text file and video. I can see the parts (previews) but when I try to ope one I get this error.

"The family member saving directory does not exist"

Any ideas?

Thank you

John

RE: Reuse Library Error

The attachment doesn't exist.

What version of NX?

Try go File - Utilities - Customer defaults - Gateway - Reuse library- Part name definitions - then check Part family save directory.

Native or Teamcenter ?

Regards,
Tomas

RE: Reuse Library Error

You need to click on the 'Reusable Component' tab (see image).

RE: Reuse Library Error

The tab "part name definitions" ( NX7.5 ) is in NX8.5 (NX8.0 ?) renamed to "reusable component".
