Hi,

I am working on switching from Mastercam to NX 8.5.

What is the easiest way to move parts within NX? Example. You have plate, the machine table and you want to position the clamps and supporting blocks.

I have created a new library with my fixtures and clamps etc. To I import these files into my model drawing?

Any tips would be very much appreciated!

Thank you

John

Create an Assembly and use Assembly Constraints to position the Components relative to each other.

Hi John,

Thanks for the quick reply! I found some information here on this webinar.

I have searched on the GTAC website for the cam reuse library file mentioned in the video. Where can I find that file?

Again thank you!

John
