JT2GO in Windows 8.1

JT2GO in Windows 8.1

JT2GO in Windows 8.1

(OP)
We have been using JT2GO in our company for quite some time on our Windows 8 Surface Pro tablets. Recently I upgraded one to Windows 8.1, now when I try to open a JT file is crashes JT2GO with the error "VFFrame Version 9.1 32 Bit has stopped working". I would prefer not to downgrade back to Windows 8 if I could avoid doing so, thanks in advance for any help

RE: JT2GO in Windows 8.1

Try to download the JT2GO 10.1.

Thank you...

Using NX 8 and TC9.1

RE: JT2GO in Windows 8.1

Can you provide a link to where 10.1 can be downloaded?
Everything I find points to an older version.

Regards
Jurgen

RE: JT2GO in Windows 8.1

Thank you for the link.
Unfortunately it still crashes.
"VFFrame Version 10.1 32 Bit has stopped working"

Not that you can help me, I just wanted to let you know what the error was.
Going to call GTAC and see if anyone there can help me.

Regards
Jurgen

RE: JT2GO in Windows 8.1

Does Windows 8.1 offer any "run in compatibility mode" type options? If so, they may be worth a try.

I'm using JT2Go with W8.1 without errors.

Thank you...
