Hi.
We are doing additional nozzle installation on existing equipment which was undergone PWHT 10years before due to installed material. Can we do the local PWHT after installation of nozzle?. Is it require to check the material strength before local pwht? If yes what parameters needs to be checked.

It all depends on what base metal is. For low alloy, I believe you will need to review the PWHT simulation cycles originally done on coupons to see if you exceed the cycles.
