(OP)
We are on the latest release of 2001 and are Intralink users as well. When I attempt to open a specific assembly in my workspace I get ehe following error.

xtop.exe - Drive Not Ready
The drive is not ready for use; its door may be open. Please check drive D: and make sure that the disk is inserted and that the drive door is closed.

The popup window with this message gives me three options, Abort, Retry, Ignore. None of which do anything when you click on them which is quite frustrating.

I created a new workspace and checked the same files out of commonspace and I get the same results. However, when I create a new workspace and check out these files on another computer it works fine. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks,
