Hi all,
I need advise about the best material for shielding the parents tube (90/10 CuNi tubes). What is the best for Cavitation resistant material available for sea water service and avoid galvanic reaction ? is AL-6XN, Titanium or 70/30 CuNi material?

RE: Corrosion Tube Condenser

Check out the Epoxy Polymeric coating systems.

RE: Corrosion Tube Condenser

You could try inserting ferrules in the tube ends. Many materials available including ceramics.

Good Luck

RE: Corrosion Tube Condenser

Hi
Titanium with tube inserts is the best solution.
