thread561-329148: NX - have the file name as a part attribute or string expression

Dear Mr. JohnRBaker,

thank you very much for the GRIP program what you made. It works fine. 2thumbsup
If it is possible, I would like to ask something.
Could you tell me how can I solve my next idea?

I have an assembly with lots of member.
I would like to use a GRIP (like yours) which will extract from the whole member of the assembly the last 3 characters of the name portion of a part file name and create a Part Attribute named 'DETAIL NUMBER' with these characters as it's value.

Could you help me in this problem?
If it is possible send me a *grx and a *grs file.

Thank you very much in advance!
