Help with Butterfly Latch

(OP)
I work for a company that design mobile satellite positioners. We have a customer that is insisting we use a latch for their hardware cases that can be set in position during unpacking and stay in position (friction or detents). Typically we use latches that are spring loaded to hold the hooks out. Does anyone have a source for a manufacturer that offers something other than spring loaded or non-spring loaded? Here's a link to a typical latch: Link

Erik
