Boulder Retaining Wall

I'm going to be giving a stab at the design of a Boulder Retaining Wall that functions as the down slope barrier for a driveway (fill and pavement) platform. Besides vehicular surcharge, boulder shape (i.e. round v.s angular), and statics, is there anything else that comes into play for this type of design. The boulder wall is existing. My design is a quick check to see if things are stable or not. It is basically a mass wall on a steep slope (37 degrees).

Seismic?

How tall?

Thanks CANEIT.

That is very helpful. I have never heard it called Rockery. That would explain why I had trouble finding the older posts.
