Thanks to everyone that filled out my poll. There was a lot interest in knowing this information. I will be posting this on my website eventually since I do not have a decent blog (and the fact I don't have time to blog), but until then I have attached the Spreadsheet to this thread post.

Read through it, let me know if you find anything wrong or have any questions. Outside of what I mention on tab 1 and 2 of the spreadsheet every thing else should be correct.

FYI - I am currently working to create an application to take the information in the spreadsheet an export it to an actual settings file (in my spare time). The idea is you can turn the items on an off as you need to then export your info out to a settings file for easier use.

I hope to finish that up in the next few weeks (or months)
