pressure vessel safety concepts
(OP)
Dear all
as you know there are some safety documents concerning steam boilers operation and manufacturing and installation.
we are required to prepare a document such as above mentioned but related to pressure vessel safety concepts(fabrication and installation).
would you please interduce refrences or books in this regard.
best regards

You might think about employing a suitably qualifid and experienced engineer ?

From your question appears that you don't have the grasp of the 'pressure equipment design'. Accordingly appears you not being qualified to produce a document which might have serious implications to other people well being. Any help and encouragement given to you might be perceived as contribution to a dangerous document with unforeseen consequences. The advice is to refrain yourself in producing a document outside your qualification field and let a suitable qualified 'expert' help you.
The pressure vessel code is in essence an assembly of rules and regulations to design and fabricate a pressure equipment capable of operating safely within the design constraints. The mentioned ASME VIII, PD5500 or EN 13445 and similar, are interduced? to you as the world recognized codes for pressure vessel safety concepts (design, fabrication and installation).

about the content.. it also depends... no the same water at 20ºC that water at 90ºC where the steam pressure is higher than certain value. in europe this value is about 0.5 bars and this changes the type of regulation you have to follow
For each case, as sttaed before by posts there are different codes available
