ANSYS (failure Criteria)

ANSYS (failure Criteria)

(OP)
I am modeling a bond slip model of FRP and Concrete with CZM material and contact elements for debonding, which is a brittle failure. In modeling, the maximum pick load obtained under the maximum shear strength (experimental) was half that of the maximum experimental load. so, should I multiply the obtained loads from ANSYS by 2, so as to get experimental load which ( I guess) will simulate the maximum principal stress failure, because in Von Misses failure criteria the failure occurs at yield strength/2.
