Cannot delete layer...
Cannot delete layer...
(OP)
On one of my drawings, I ended up with two dots that I cannot delete.
I had to move everything except these tiny dots to a new layer, and hid and made it unprintable.
When I try to delete the old layer with dots, it shows it being in use and says it cannot be deleted.
The dots, by the way are no longer selectable...
How can I get rid of this layer?

RE: Cannot delete layer...
The layer is still there, though.

1. Use the command SMARTSELECT then follow these steps
Apply to: Entire drawing
Entity: Circle
Property: Radius or Diameter
Operator: = Equals
Value: 0
Selection results : Add to Selection Set
And press OK
2. You can select them by means of selecting everything with Ctrl A and then deselecting the items that you want to keep. Once you deselect the items that you want to keep, you are left with the dots which are now selected.
Now that they are selected they are also able to be deleted.
To avoid the zero radius circle(s) in the first place, keep TANGENT esnap turned off except when you are specifically working with circles and tangential lines.

RE: Cannot delete layer...
If I select all, they still show as unselected.
tr1ntx, here is what seems to work: I moved everything to a new layer, making sure the dots are not moved.
I lock all the layers except the layer the dots are on. Then I made all the layers invisible except the one the dots are on.
I selected all as Ericsonbirdman described, and deleted them all.
When I turned the layers back again. No more dots!
