I did a quick search and came up empty handed on this forum concerning the question in the title. I am sure there must be a somewhat simple way of achieving the constraint I am looking for, but thus far I have not figured it out yet. If the wealth of combined knowledge available thru this forum could help me out I sure would appreciate it.

We are using NX7.5 on Dell workstations.

There are many times I would like to Assembly Constrain a bolt/screw to the center of a slot in my day to day design work. Knowing the correct to do this sure would help.

OK, use the Assembly Constraint Type = 'Center', Subtype = '1 to 2', Axial Geometry = 'Infer Center/Axis'. Now first select the cylindrical face of the 'screw' and then select first one side of the slotted-hole, then the other, and then hit OK. Now this will 'center' the screw in the slotted-hole but you will sill need to add a constraint to keep the 'screw' aligned in the proper direction.
