Can i substitute API 5L X60 BE 38.9mm SAW pipe with API 5L X52 PSL2 38.1mm Smls as API 5L X52 PSL2 38.Imm Smls has been procured but my Piping material class specifies API 5L X60 38.9mm SAW Pipe.

So you want to substitute a thinner pipe which has a lower yield stress?? What makes you think that it a good idea??

Short answer NO

Long answer - ask your designer / engineer / person who is signing this modification off
