Meshing

Meshing

(OP)
Hello Collegues,

I am trying to mesh a rail using ansys workbench. However, whenever I generate the mesh the following two messages show up:

1) "Quad map meshing failed because a surface appears to be narrow with many boundary edges which could not be properly paired up for meshing. Using hard size controls on the boundary edges to force the same number of divisions may help to successfully generate a mapped mesh."

2) "The mesher restarted at a higher relevance in order to achieve a successful, quality mesh."

Can Anyone help me ? I would be very thankful because this model took me so much time.

I have attached the .wbdp file of the rail in case someone likes to check meshing it. Please advice me.
Regards,
