Hi Guys,

Need some help / information on PWHT of a heat exchanger.
I am handling a carbon steel heat exchanger with incoloy 825 tubes. The details are as below

HE Type : BEM
shell material : SA 516 Gr. 60
Shell Thk : 13 mm
Shell ID : 600 mm
No of tubes : 250
PWHT : YES (Bcos of process Requirements)

an some one please provide me a PWHT procedure for the above.

PWHT is for the carbon steel shell material based on the information you provided. So, you need to perform PWHT of the shell fabrication welds using ASME Section VIII, Div 1 requirements. See UW-40 and Table UCS-56.
