Abaqus Fortran User Subroutine Compatability on Updated Versions

Abaqus Fortran User Subroutine Compatability on Updated Versions

(OP)
Hello,

I currently have a Fortran user subroutine linked to Abaqus 6.9 that specifies model properties. However, I recently updated to Abaqus 6.12 and was wondering if there are any Abaqus utilities that can check for compatibility of my subroutine to the newer version of Abaqus. I am not sure what adjustments need to be made to the subroutine (e.g. changing Abaqus argument names) in order to get the subroutine to run on the updated version.

Also, is there a way to use user defined materials in the subroutines?

Thanks!
