RE: how to update expression from external spreadsheet

While in the Expression dialog, select the f(x) icon at the bottom Left corner and when the next dialog opens, from the drop-down list under 'Choose a Category', select the 'spreadsheet' option. Here you will find four functions for reading data from external spreadsheets. When you selct a function, if you select the [?] icon on the right you'll be taken to the documentation showing you how to use that function.
