Transformer Drop Compensator

(OP)
I'm looking for more information on some transformer drop compensators we have in a couple of odd installations; where we are using a compensated low side voltage for the distance relays on the high side of a transformer. I have some almost readable nameplate photos that indicate:

General Electric Transformer
MOD. NO. 9T13Y3000
CY: 60
KVA: 0.015
VOLTS: PRI. 3 SEC. 15
2.97 REACT. OHM
INST: K58087296W

Neither the model number nor the instruction book number turn up anything on Google. Does anyone have that instruction booklet?
