Sample Plot Styles Required

(OP)
We have installed autocad 2002. I am having a hard time understanding plot styles, page set up, etc.
I would appreciate some help in setting this up.

RE: Sample Plot Styles Required

FIRST
Make sure the "printer support" path is pointing to the directory which will hold all your pen settings.
This would be under the "options" box.
.
SECOND
Open an existing file and righ click the layout tab, which would be the "paper space tab". Go to the page setup option.
.
THIRD
The dialog box should look like the plot box. Click on the 1st tab and choose your printer and choose your "pen table".
.
FOUR
Click on the the 2nd tab and choose your scale; your window/ extents; and any other normal settings from previous versions of AutoCAD ... that you are acustom too.
.
FIVE
Your done!
Click ok/ apply!

Now the next time you open this file you should be able to print the file with the preset settings already there ....

I hope this helps!
