Siemens Documentation Search Issue

Siemens Documentation Search Issue

(OP)
Is anyone else having any issues viewing the Siemens help documentation? I'm able to view it however when I use the keyword search it just pops up with the 'search in progress' window and doesn't ever stop searching or return results.
Thank you!

RE: Siemens Documentation Search Issue

On the GTAC website they have updated versions of the qagent.jar and qagent_applet.html which will allow the search to work. The problem stems from updates that Oracle made to Java.

stThree,
Thanks for replying! I've tried downloading these many times since you've posted this and no luck there. However I did find where they keep the documentation on the Siemens site and am able to view it right there. Unfortunately I have to login each time, but the search functionality does work there and is helping me along in my training. Thanks for the help!
