Pinhole Lens Assenbly

(OP)
Dear Readers.

First and foremost we apologize if this is not the correct forum to post our question. But if it is not then please refer us to the correct site even if it is not here.

We would like to learn when designing a lens for a pinhole spy video camera how is it possible to use a long focal length of say 30mm or higher and achieve a high FOV (Field of View) like 60 degrees or higher ? We understand that the sensor size plays a role as does the focal length.

Secondly how does using 3 lens assembly instead of two play a role in obtaining a higher FOV ?

Also what is the effect of using very tiny diameters for the lens assembly ? For example what does using 1.5mm diameter for the first lens and 3.5mm for the second lens play in providing the highest possible resolution obtainable ?

Does the quality of the picture depend on the quality of the lens assemblies and the sensor type and nothing to do with the lens diameter ?

Thanks for reading any comments will be appreciated.
