I am planing to movie from designing(Mechanical Design with UG) to functional side of team center development. Can anyone please provide information about which programming language is needed and where i can learn online.....

Team centre development means working with software language.. like c, c++

Adding 1 from the thread subject and 1 from the post and getting 3... is it possible you're talking about Teamcenter from Siemens PLM Software? If so you still need to narrow your question. Teamcenter is a large suite of complex software. As a wild guess, you might be able to use Teamcenter's SOA (Service Orientated Architecture) which supports a variety of languages such as C#, C++ and Java. One of those may, or may not, be useful to you.
