Dear All,
I ma having an issue in 2000 TPD Oxygen plant with an additnal chiller unit in preecooling system for addtional cooling the chill water going to DCAC tower. We are having 3 chillers in line with two running & one as standby.

Recently we are facing issue in one chiller where the chill water inlet & outlet to chiller is same. we have checked the freon level which is ok.the arrangement for chiller is an standard design with
Screw compressor-separator-condencer-evaporator.

Can anybody suggest some porbable causes .
