Vessel Sizing Software
Vessel Sizing Software
(OP)
We are a code shop in Texas supplying vessels to midstream packagers. Our company uses Compress for vessel design. Recently the number of requests for us to size vessels has been steadily increasing. Is anyone aware of a commercially available vessel sizing software package? So far we have found SEP-Calc from Kirk Process in the UK. Thanks in advance for any insight you're willing to share. - Bill

RE: Vessel Sizing Software
A process vessel could be a basic knock-out drum or a process column in a refinery. Which one are you confident of sizing it to the Client specification? The next process vessel could be a shell and tube heat exchanger...

Would that be the Global Partnership for Social Accountability, the Gangplank Slipholders Association, the Global Public Service Academies, the Greater Peninsula Swimming Association or #5 on my Google search for "GPSA": the Gas Processor Suppliers Association?
Can you tell that I don't really like undefined initialisms/acronyms? People here are from all sorts of different backgrounds. What is obvious to one is not obvious to another.
Ok rant over -- until the next time.
