I am looking for a typical hook lengths, development lengths for 275, 230 MPa rebars for 20 f'c concrete. Are there any such thing? Like a free development length calculator software I could download? Any recommendations Sir? I am looking for typical values so that I could verify my initial calculations.

Write a spreadsheet that way you know what you put in there. Shouldnt need much programing.

Take ACI and write a spreadsheet
By yourself. That will help you
To understand everything. I am sure
there will be times you need to play around with
Those formulas. By the way, they are not
Difficult at all.

I agree with the others, you can do the calculation by hand, and using excel make a nice spreadsheet.

If you want a nice chart that someone has already made, these are included in the CRSI design manual, which is a good reference for this sort of thing.
