Threaded Pipe Adaptor Stress Riser

Threaded Pipe Adaptor Stress Riser

(OP)
I'm looking at modifying one of our hydralic adaptors slightly. See diagram attached. I want to add female UNC threads to the end with the red arrow (originally the fitting was designed for a butt weld).
I've done a thread strenght (pullout) calc and am comfortable with that. I'd also like to look at hoop/radial stresses, but am struggling to find any data relating to stress concentrations. I'm sure there must be references available, given the multitude of fittings available. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction on this?

Thanks for any help - K.

RE: Threaded Pipe Adaptor Stress Riser

Look at port dimensions for straight thread o-ring ports.
