How do we move to layer CSYS when working in assembly

How do we move to layer CSYS when working in assembly

How do we move to layer CSYS when working in assembly

(OP)
Hi everyone,

Currently working with nx8.5 I found a problem when working with top assembly with lot of part in it.
my template file to create new 3D file include a coordinade sistem or CSYS in it on layer 1.
When working on assembly i use to move object such as sketch, plane CSYS to layer 256 to clean work space.
but now in nx8.5 (and nx8 i think) the filter present in format move to layer doesn´t allow me to select CSYS so i cant move them to another layer.
GTAC say that the only way to do so is to disable CSYS layer ()60 or 62: but in may case i have cad file of standart part that i use from over a decade since unigraphics V15 or so.... most of them with CSYS in layer 1.

Ive change layer of csys for new files i create but old one would take age to change.

Is there a way to select csys so that i can move them to another layer when I´m in top assembly ?

thanks for your help

Jbim

If it is a datum csys, choose the "datums" filter; if it is a csys object, choose the "CSYS" filter. I don't see what the problem is...

Hi....

Also make sure your selection scope is set to "Entire Assembly" (it's the menu next to your Selection filter in cowski's screendump).
