PTFE Lined Pipework

(OP)
Has anyone any experience with earth bonding of PTFE Lined pipework in relation to the static charge build up in the pipe due to the fluid in the PTFE lining?
Any information would be helpful.
Thanks

RE: PTFE Lined Pipework

Bluecat,

Suggest that you investigate the specific properties of the liquid that you are transporting and assemble your system appropriately.

Not all liquids that benefit from PTFE piping require grounding. As recall, the liquids that are most difficult are "polar liquids"

Also, I suggest that you investigate "grounding paddles" and flanges.

Come back with more specifics about your design and your liquid velocities.....
