plotting disp-real time

plotting disp-real time

(OP)
Hi, I have a basic question on plotting the disp-real time.
My problem is on sinking an object into the water. I have run the problem in Explicit and it was working fine. Now I want to get the result of sinking of the object versus the time. if i go for disp-time it shows the disp against step time but i need the real time. does anyone know how i can get the information of the time which object travels into the water? thnx

Just one more thing, it took about 20 hours to run the program. the CPU time was showing this but when I calculated the time from displacement and velocity graphs the time of traveling of the object was much different. does anyone know how I can request the time of traveling of the object along with its corresponding displacement? thnx

my theoretical calculation shows the object should fully sink about 24 hours but the the time from displacement and velocity graphs talk about few seconds. what do you think guys? thnx
