Old Siemens datasheet needed

Old Siemens datasheet needed

Old Siemens datasheet needed

(OP)
Hello,

I am trying to find datasheet of an old Siemens vacuum contactor: 3TL 5100-1F 400A
And / or
Resistor: Siemens 470 Ohm, 110V 3 Ty S325-0E

Attached is connection diagram. Actually, I am trying to find power rating for those two resistors, I need to replace them. Voltage between terminal 37 and 48 is 110VDC.

Anyone who had any data for this? I have tried Siemens site but can not find anything there as these are very old components.

RE: Old Siemens datasheet needed

You will never need more than 25 watts. That is what each of them dissipates continuously if the coil resistance is zero ohms - which it probably isn't.

If there's room for 25 W resistors, use that rating. If not, measure the coil resistance and calculate power needed.

Half full - Half empty? I don't mind. It's what in it that counts.

Thanks for replays! I found a resistor with 50 W, so think we go for that. Space in the cabinet is not a problem.

Yes I have found that at Siemens but those are newer models so I thought they are different.
Assume that those resistors are not neded for new types. Am I right?

One more question:

- the capacitor shown in the circuit har this data:
1µF +/-10%
1kV
B25351-J1105-K000

I need to replace it as well. Found something here:
https://www.elfaelektronikk.no/elfa3~no_no/elfa/in...

but I am not sure if I can use one of these since they are all for AC voltage while my circuit has 110VDC.

Any suggestions?
