How do I move existing curves to a different plane?

Go in this sketch. There you will find the command Reattach. With default settings, you will find this command in Sketch toolbar and it will be fourth in the row (first is Finish Sketch, thrn you have the field with the sketch name and then there is orient view to sketch). If you can not find the icon, you will find the command in the Tools menu.

. . . and then when you move it be aware of your plane direction and plane normal, because that will affect how your sketch is oriented.
You will have the option to change those directions if they are not what is needed
