Please if anybody can help me find a good metod of calculation for dual scraped surface heat exchanger.

In this moment we work to develop sugar cane evaporator inserting dual scraped surface heat exchanger as boiler.

I need some help.

This seems awfully broad.  Why don't you talk to some manufacturers of scraped surface heat exchangers (do a search on Google) and tell them what you want to do.

I have developed a dual surface scraped heat exchanger which will be tested at the technical university of denmark this sommer. from this we should know the caracteristics of the heat transfer of this special type. please look at www.deltapro.dk for more information.
i am looking for applications for my system so whatever input you have will be appreciated.
