Inflection Curves

Inflection Curves

(OP)
I am currently doing a project involving a surface modeling of a ship hull.

In that area, there is a critical point, during the initial design of the ship, where we want to analyze the inflection curves of the hull, in order to better understand and visualize how the surfaces bends. I know that the grid analysis can create inflection points, that indicates where the change of curvature occurs, but what we really want is to get curves along these points.

Are there any analyze tools, or similar, that can achieve this? I've searched a bit through the ship module, as well as the surface analysis tools, but I've yet to find anything that can achieve this.

Regards,
Magnus
